I am currently managing around 20 client sites using ManageWP and I love how it centralizes updates and backups. But I have been struggling to streamline monthly reporting across all sites without making it overly manual or time-consuming.
Right now…, I am generating reports individually, tweaking a few things per client — branding, key highlights, minor notes, etc. It’s fine for a handful…, but gets tedious at scale.
Is there a better way to automate or bulk-customize these reports without sacrificing personalization: ?? Are there plugins or workflows some of you use in tandem with ManageWP for smoother client communication: ??
I would appreciate any real-world tips or examples from those who have scaled this process efficiently. Just trying to find the right balance between automation and maintaining that personalized touch clients appreciate.
