How do you streamline client reporting in bulk using ManageWP?

Hey everyone,

I am currently managing around 20 client sites using ManageWP and I love how it centralizes updates and backups. But I have been struggling to streamline monthly reporting across all sites without making it overly manual or time-consuming.

Right now…, I am generating reports individually, tweaking a few things per client — branding, key highlights, minor notes, etc. It’s fine for a handful…, but gets tedious at scale.

Is there a better way to automate or bulk-customize these reports without sacrificing personalization: ?? Are there plugins or workflows some of you use in tandem with ManageWP for smoother client communication: ??

I would appreciate any real-world tips or examples from those who have scaled this process efficiently. Just trying to find the right balance between automation and maintaining that personalized touch clients appreciate. I don’t utilize ManageWP, so I can’t answer your question.

Have you thought about taking the current ManageWP data and putting it into something like Googles Looker Studio? You can connect API’s if ManageWP has one, and then generate a report that also pulls from another location for your notes as long as it has an API.
